"pop ups" are essentially mobile private events (even though many are open to the public), and have a start and stop time. "giving colors" and drinkers sold during a private event benefit the partner non-profit, not their associated partners.
The instructions below assume the associated non-profit partner is already in our partner database. To find an existing partner or to enter a new one, go to the non-profit search page. If you're new to entering non-profits into our database, try the non-profit wizard. Feel free to forward these links to the non-profit partner themselves, so they can accurately enter and manage their contact information.
pop ups can be added manually by selecting "enter a new pop up" above. pop ups can be set up in advance or after they have run, although typically they need to be added before 2 weeks after their date. You'll need to select the terminal, day, start and stop times, and the non-profit partner. Note that start and stop times are only necessary if there is more than one pop up using the same terminal that day.
The day after the pop up, you should be able to see the results on the report tab. If it does not appear or something seems wrong, please contact email@example.com.
For assigning multiple partners to a single pop up, you'll have to enter a separate pop up for each non-profit partner, and make sure that the "percentage" values for all the pop ups sum to 10%.
